In an effort to expand accessibility, we are offering a limited number of enrollments via scholarship and sliding scale for those who wish to begin making positive change in their lives through our educational programs, but find the cost prohibitive.

If you are requesting financial assistance through a scholarship or sliding scale payment arrangement, please complete the following application for approval prior to submitting an intake questionnaire. Fulfillment of scholarship requests or sliding scale arrangements are based on financial need and available resources; therefore, are not guaranteed.

You will be contacted within a week of submission regarding a decision on your scholarship application. Please wait to complete the intake questionnaire and submit payment until you receive a decision.
